The value for money at this hotel was excellent - exceeded our expectations! The room was modern with historical charm, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was calm and convenient, just a short drive from a free funicular parking that took us to explore a beautiful Umbrian city.
Hotel breakfast could have been better with more variety.

The unique style and the service were more than wonderful! The receptionists were friendly and lovely, they were talkative and were constatntly smiling! The breakfast was also satisfying, although I missed the vegetables, we could choose from a pretty wide range of foods from cakes to fruits. The garden is breathtaking, I simpl loved it and the accuracy within it as well as the clean swimming pool. The rooms are clean, comfortable, big and have a unique design which reflect the design of the whole building.

We had a private 3rd floor balcony with table and chairs that more than made up for the small room. Enjoyed the stay. It is close to the actions and metro, and hotel staff was very helpful.
The very small room but like I said above the balcony made up for that.

A Charming Italian Villa Experience
I had a wonderful stay at a charming Italian villa near Orvieto. The location was perfect, with easy access to the town and a beautiful old manor that had been converted into a boutique hotel. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the hotel grounds were lovely, with a beautiful outdoor pool. My room was spacious and full of character, and I enjoyed the peacefulness of the hotel. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise, with delicious food and friendly service. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Orvieto.

Just enough comfort for the price. Nice swimming pool. Fair breakfast.
A lot of small interventions in the hotel are very ugly. The place in itself is ok, but some investments are needed urgently.

Lovely ´countryside type´ of hotel outside the center of Orvieto. The historic building is sturdy in a pretty garden. The room was fine but the bathroom smallish. Breakfast was ok.
Not very close to the historic centre of Orvieto.

The hotel is in a beautiful old building which has a huge amount of character, though it has been well modernised. The pool is set in the garden and is absolutely wonderful, with lots of shade on a hot day.
The staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming. The food in the restaurant was good, but there is a very llimited menu and I was the only one eating so there was a strange atmosphere.
